  • The Foundations of Agricultural Leadership Certificate focuses on developing effective leaders in agriculture and natural resources. Learners will explore self-awareness and practices of exemplary leaders to cultivate their personal leadership qualities. The program also emphasizes the importance of effective communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and building relationships. It addresses the significance of branding and marketing to create a positive image for individuals. Overall, this program equips individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to be an emergent leader in the agricultural industry.
